Martin Posta, director of the SIGNAL festival, will be a member of the jury of the fifth edition of the Video Mapping Contest, which will be held this Saturday, September 15, in Lille – France. This international competition is organized annually by Rencontres Audiovisuelles as part of European Heritage Days.
Candidates, students and professionals in audiovisual, animation film, digital arts, graphic design etc. will get a chance to project their work on the façade of the Renaissance Vieille Bourse in the historical center of the city. The task for the participants of this year’s edition was to create a mapping on the subject “The art of sharing”, within two months . Based on the decision of the jury, composed of internationally acclaimed artists, festival directors and city representatives, the Grand Prize will be awarded to the winner. Audience will also be able to influence the results of the competition, through a vote in the audience prize. If you are going to be in Lille this Saturday, do not miss this event!
