Nohista (FR) → Resonant

About project

The interactive light and sound installation Resonant is a monumental structure built from LED light tubes. A dark tunnel may be activated by visitors with a mere word or a shout. Their recorded voice is then transformed into a musical phrase that activates the lighting effects and uses them to create the form of the space. For each visitor a new, unique composition is thereby created from all audio and visual elements.

In each of his projects, he creates multisensory ecosystems, where body, images, sound, light, and scenes continuously overlap in synchronized choreography. Since 2009, his work has been included in the programmes of renowned festivals in countries including Canada, Brazil, Peru, Switzerland, and Poland.
