Pavel Mrkus (CZ)
He graduated from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague and his artwork brings elements of the Eastern mindset to the Western society but it also points out local advanced technologies. Apart from others, in the past he participated in Venice and Brussels biennale and his name is well-known not only at the Czech art scene but also at the international art scene. Along with Dan Hanzlík, he is in charge of the atelier Time-based media at the Faculty of Art and Design of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem.
