Krištof Kintera (CZ)

Graduated from Faculty of Fine Arts – Studio of Sculpture. In his work, he comments on the principles of current consumer society. His objects and installations intervene in the stereotypical chain of production, shopping, and consumption. As an active performer, he directs a theater group called Jednotka. The ability to react to the problems of our times is found throughout the majority of his work. His most significant pieces are “Plumbař”, “Mluviči”, “Spotřebiče” or recent Memento Mori to suicide killers – “On one’s own decision”.
