A dialogue carried out between two levitating chandeliers that at the same time communicate with the passers-by developing their phantasy. A classical chandelier becomes an object free from conventional attributes.
The installation combines classical feature – MT light and modern LED programming lights technology. It expands the image of Preciosa company, a producer of classical lights, highlighting its capacity to execute technically demanding projects.
Jaroslav Bejvl jr., a Chief Designer of Preciosa, has been designing lighting for the company since 1986. He inherited the craft from his father and improved it during his studies under Professors F. Novak and J. Pulkrabek and a Research Fellowship in Seattle, USA.
His work has won a number of awards. Among the first ones belongs Good Design 1991 Award for the Nasua halogen lighting collection, among the Czech Grand Design 2011: Award of the Public. In 2012 Bejvl jr. was ranked among the Top 50 Most Influential Designers in the Middle East.
